The Webcrawler
stumbleupon logoTop Five Websites for the Week:

1. Onclickvideos (http://onclickvideos.com)
This site is for those movie addicts that just can't get enough. With thousands of movies in its database, you can watch your favorite (and just released films) on your notebook or PC.  The video player links parts of a movie hosted from sites such as Megavideo, Veoh,  Tudou or Youku so you can watch the whole film seamlessly, instead of opening one link at a time. The only drawback is the latter two hosts are pretty slow loading, but you can play Boomshine a couple of times while the movie buffers. The last movie I saw was "Wanted" the day it came out and I was watching it in the comfort of my own bedroom.

2. TED (http://ted.org)
TED is the website that explores new ideas in Technology, Entertainment, and Design. There are three ways to explore the site: by theme (e.g. Spectacular Performance,  The Power of Cities, or A Greener Future), Talk Title, or Speaker. The home page is an interactive flash menu that expands and moves as the user clicks on their selection.

3. Stumbleupon (http://stumbleupon.com)
I really shouldn't even be writing about this. Everyone should know this by now, but this is one of my favorite tools of the web. The new way to discover websites, Stumbleupon delivers high-quality webpages that match your personal preferences. These are based on recommendations by almost 6 Million websurfers with similar interests.  Sites are rated as thumbs up or thumbs down. These ratings help the program rate the  relevance of the page based on your interests.

4. Things that make you go ahhh (http://www.thingsthatmakeyougoaahh.com)
For your daily dose of cuteness. Includes photos of a cat inside a mason jar and a polar bear frolicking with a sled dog.

5. Retailmenot (http://retailmenot.com)
The source for all of your online coupon needs. The site has coupons for more than 15,000 stores including: Apple Store, Victoria's Secret, Amazon.com,  JetBlue Airways, Yankee Candle, Banana Republic. Macy's, and  even hotels like the Ivy and Bellagio. Very useful because not only does it provide you with the coupon codes and what they are for, but it gives you the success rate of the coupon.
